Shipping
We normally ship via DHL ground, but if you need your order to arrive sooner, we would be happy to arrange that for you.  The cost of shipping is calculated during check out.  We do not mark up shipping costs.  The shipping is calculated from the shipping zip code to yours.

Please Allow 7 to 14 working days for delivery.  Powder coating will add additional 5 days to the order.

You will receive an email notification to let you know when the order was shipped.

You can track your order from shipment to arrival through our website.  Click here and enter your customer tracking number to check your shipment.

For orders too large for DHL, arrangements will be made with a freight carrier to your location.

Return Policy
All sales are final! Products maybe exchanged only upon approval and receipt of a return authorization. Use the Contact Us page to submit your request. A detailed description is required. Once a return authorization is received, the original item must be returned in the same condition as it was received before the replacement will be released to ship. Special circumstances will be considered.
